Gloria Almasi

Gloria founded CoastHaven Management, Inc. to provide
unsurpassed service to homeowners' associations. In addition to years of experience in the property management field,
she is a licensed Realtor®, and has operated her
own transportation company for more than 25 years. Gloria is a member of the Community Associations Institute
(CAI).

Robin Rangel
Principal,
Accounting Department
CoastHaven Management's Accounting Department Principal is Robin
Rangel. Robin has more than 20 years of professional experience in the areas of accounting and financial management.
She has particular expertise in financial statement preparation, budgeting, and cash flow management for homeowners' associations.
Robin is the Owner and President of Mission Management Company, which she founded in 1995. For
fifteen years prior to starting Mission Management, she was Chief Financial Officer for two separate large property management
companies. As their CFO, Robin was responsible for the management of more than 210 homeowners' associations representing
more than 15,000 units.
Robin holds a California Department of Real Estate license and is a member of the California Association
of Community Managers with a CCAM designation. She is also a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and
is a Notary Public.

Lauren Almasi
Administrative Assistant
Lauren is CoastHaven's administrative assistant responsible
for managing many of the administrative functions of the company such as assembling Board packets, preparing escrows, and
soliciting and following up on vendor bids.
