Homeowners’ associations are governed by a Board of Directors comprised of elected homeowners. Board Members are volunteers who take on the responsibility of managing multi-million dollar communities. They are volunteers who can benefit from the assistance of a professional management

and Communications Logs from Homeowners
- Providing Billing and Collections
Services
- Conducting Regular Property Inspections / Walks
- Providing Guidance to Boards in their Decision-Making
Furthermore,
a professional property manager offers expertise and guidance to ensure Board members not only fulfill their fiduciary duty
as required by law but also are successful in achieving objectives on behalf of the association.
We
believe that excellent customer service is what makes a community friendly and inviting.
Our approach is to develop good telephone and face-to-face relationships with homeowners. We prefer to talk to homeowners to solve problems rather than follow the more impersonal approach of writing
letters for issues such as seeking compliance with house rules. We listen to
homeowners and then we reason with them so they understand a given solution is the appropriate and necessary one. We find that with this approach we gain more respect and cooperation from homeowners, and as a result we
minimize the need for Board Members to get involved in day-to-day issues.
We
recognize not only that we are effectively managing a portfolio of properties valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars,
but that this portfolio is also the home and neighborhood of our clients. We
are sensitive both to the priorities of protecting and improving the value of our client associations but also maintaining
and enhancing the quality of life in these communities.
